Hillsborough Boats











I am back at my easel again. My break was a little longer than I thought it was going to be. My son got his tonsils, adnoids out and tubes put in his ears this past tuesday as an out patient. Unfortunately he got readmitted to hospital on wednesday evening and there we stayed until late friday afternoon. All is well now and he seems to be on the mend. He is my little trooper.

    I admire those of you who can paint AND be a mom...I'm glad your son is okay.

    Thanks Janie. He went through quite the ordeal and seeing him in hospital with an IV hooked up to him brought back memories. He was a preemie (2 1/2 pounds) when he was born. It got me counting my blessings. I am glad we are home and he is smiling again.

    Thanks Dana. This painting is small 5 5/8 x 11 inches. I find if I paint I am a happy and that has to make me a better mom - I hope.
